Raiblocks fells bc one of it's early main exchanges where it was listed announced they will not allow withdrawals of Raiblocks for customers outside the EU, due to "KYC" rules/laws they wish to abide. Sketchy timing, bc Binance just announced they will list Raiblocks thanks to winning a voting contest this month. Binance seems to be conduction business normally, but BitGrail's reaction is VERY suspect, and the owner of BitGrail could easily use his method to manipulate both Raiblocks and bitcoin on his exchange. We advise steering FAR clear of BitGrail, but Raiblocks... well..... read up....
