VIRUS BITTREX - automatically change address bitcoin

 Anyone who experienced with this issue ?? 

 I try to withdraw my bitcoin from bittrex to other address. but on confirmation withdraw, the address automatic change..

See below :

1). withdraw 1.0002 #btc from bittrex to other address. 


 2). at confirmation withdraw (email), the address changed.

 Before i lost my bitcoin and try to uninstal my laptop (uninstal OS windraw. but the virus still does not disappear from my laptop.how to fix this issue from my laptop?
