I really don't think all these Chinese BTC investors are going to throw in the towel and be like "Alright, time to sell off everything and no more cryptocurrency for me"
The concern is China's Gov't will be blocking people's IP addresses from trading cryptos outside of China in other exchanges given their new anti-crypto policy. If they catch anyone, they will face the penalty of the Gov't. Google to verify this news. Don't care either way, but this lags down Bitcoin's price towards the end of Oct. Best!
