Monero-Mining Malware Targeting thousands of Android devices!
360Netlab reporting a new Android-based crypto mining malware that is infecting Android devices to mine crypto, such as Monero!
The ADB.Miner worm scans can affect any kind of Android devices. It mines Monero and sends all mined coins to a single wallet.
Since 2/5, approximately 7,000 Android devices have been effected. The worm is spreading fast and doubling every 12 hours. It's using port 5555.

I think it ended up being androids that got infected with the mining malware .
