Yeah that's crazy Binance is offering $250k to catch them. They will for sure be Caught! That's crazy the guy tried to use everyone else's funds to pump up Viacoin then sell it. Binance found out this was happening and froze all withdrawals. This is exactly what we need exchanges to do. Cheers.
