Why Bitcoin?
Why ₿itcoin?
Because it parallels the movie "The Matrix" a lot. It represents the pill you take and wake up from the illusion of the classic central bank financial system to a different reality. And indeed, the rabbit hole has no end.
Because it is no accident that it survives large drops in its price. As often as its price falls, so often it rises - coming back (in the long run of course) much higher than before. While central bank fiat currencies (such as the dollar) fall on a permanent basis without rising (in the long run of course), due to inflation.
Because there is no way someone knowing the basics of money and what Bitcoin really is, and not being a Bitcoin supporter. A condition for someone to understand what is Bitcoin, is to know what is money. Unless he's a disturbed supporter of inflation or shitcoins, or has interests in the existing corrupt system.
Because we have woken up. Or maybe not? The boiling frog syndrome proves that when a negative change is made in a sufficiently slow manner, it escapes our consciousness and in the majority of cases, causes no reaction, no resistance, no revolution. If we observed what has been happening in our society for a few decades, we could see that we are experiencing a slow but gradual disappearance of our universal values and ideals. But we don't understand it because it happens slowly and gently to get used to it. Bitcoin is the most effective peaceful revolution we have on our hands right now.
Because banning Bitcoin is not much different from trying to ban math. It just proves its utility and drives more people to it.
Clarification - Free will is our birthright. Therefore I respect all choices - even if they are contrary to what I believe to be positive.
