definitely. Unless the system is fully developed and tested they can not port the entire world to it. They are testing and gradually all govt's will approve bitcoins.
in other words, we are deceived that bitcoin is a decentralized currency. Everything is under the rule of the richest. Another way to enrich at the expense of the whole world.
