If you didnt read before - BTC-E was the oldest running BTC/crypto exchange that always got their users back.
USA gov/FBI/SEC raided their servers and bank accounts, yet this guys came back - just to keep it fine with legal stuff.. Lets say its a new exchange with new user base :)

We have seen exchanges hacked going down and leaving people with no money, we seen exchanges self-hacking. But this guy got attacked by biggest possible forces and had balls to come back into business and bring cash back to their clients.

I surely admire them.

Notice premium in BTC/USD/fiat price. This is because FIAT withdrawals are still not possible (just like on BitFinex after bank problems) but if you believe BTC/Alts will go down and that this guys gonna fix this.. Its an easy trade (but count the risk!).
