New Exchange Coming that will have ONLY Bitcoin Cash Pairs.

in #bitcoin7 years ago

Since BCH movement is so big and currently BTC is almost of no use (yes i do know news abot Litning etc - im speaking today ie) we knew this is going to happen.

ViaBTC, a pool and previous exchange that was closed due to China ban announced today opening of new exchange where all pairs will be vs BCH.

Initially there will be spot trading of BTC/BCH, ETH/BCH, LTC/BCH, ZEC/BCH, DASH/BCH.
Later they plan to add margin and futures.

BCH Markets

KR is really pushing it but HitBTC still has nice volumes. Good to see my 2nd fav exchange right now Binance in the list.

They need to get more mining pools and miners to mine BCH. Right now more than 50% of the blocks are mined by an unknown party:

i mine on viapool thought ;)

Let the rumours commence... Is kingscrown the 51% whale?

He must have an alterior motive for supporting a Bitcoin fork with such reliable transactions and low fees!

This is looking good. BCH on another level

ah now that will be interesting and might help to boost BCH

In the end it will be neither bitcoin nor bitcoin cash. It will be the one that can do 50,000 transactions per second.

True. All will die with time,BTC is useless already.I wonder which coin will get to the top with years to come... :)

Very likely Bitcoin will be outgrown, but I don't think neither Core nor Cash will disappear any time soon. There's a lot of money and talent in both. People that are dependant on but also passionately and productively dedicated these projects. They still have an important part to play in the crypto ecosystem.

Well, Bitcoin is gold, and Bitcoin Cash is money..

There are many very decent alternatives for the role of cash. No sure how much wheight the bitcoin brand has but it seems to me that it's the only thing keeping BTC and BCH so far up in the list.

This is looking more and more like the case. Regulated and banked gold, to be specific. Unless Core makes some changes for the better.

Is crazy bitcoin cash gets any credebility but this is a decentralized world, so if people find value in bitcoin cash i support the movement

I thought and still think is a stupid fork, just a money grab for the creators but i guess there is some community behind

It really isn't half as stupid as the current horde of twitter/reddit commenters would suggest. Of course, they on the other hand will tell you that it's the other side that's using bot accounts to spread a false narrative and that any real person supporting Bitcoin Cash is a paid off shill.

The problem is people see it as a deception and a fraud. While I can't say that there have not been attempts at this from within the Cash community, there have been equally shameful play from the Core community.

At least Bitcoin Cash works. Bitcoin Core can only blame malicious acts of mining-/transaction- terrorism until they get lightning network fully launched. (This is primarily not the cause, because the problems with Core are nothing new) When they do, fees will hopefully be lower again but they could also have a network structure that is less technically trustworthy than Bitcoin Cash.

Worst chase scenario, Core stays expensive and irrelevant except as a speculation vehicle and Cash never catches up in terms of public, nonmerchant, adoption.

Best case scenario Cash incentivizes more rapid and higher quality innovation on part of the Core team and they both succeed in their own way.

yeah i thought the same, but this is good news :) curious how this BCH solution will do :)

This really means the beginning of the demise of bitcoin monopoly and egemony.

I have to agree with you on that.
I'm not much of a supporter of BCH myself -although I own some- but Roger Ver is as authentic as they get.
I did a quick research on him after I saw an interview and it turns out he has taken some serious tasks upon himself to improve bitcoin and bitcoin adoption. He did also renounce to his US citizenship basically for standing up to his principles and he keeps pushing for what he believes will improve the world even at some personal cost. The real deal.
I don't agree with on-chain scaling though but that doesn't keep me from admiring the guy.

BCash: The better cash

BCash is a trademark of a Brazillian payment system. Referring to Bitcoin Cash as "BCash" is a misuse and disrepectful use of their trademark. Bitcoin Cash is officallly known as "Bitcoin Cash". Please exhibit respectful use of terms.

Good point. I didn't intend to disrespect the Bitcoin Cash brand by associating it with this to me previously unknown brand, or the other way around by confusing the two.

Small group of heavy BCH holders trying to manipulate the network.
I would suggest not trading at all at this exchange.

That is FUD. Bitcoin is under the centralized control of Blockstream-Core developers. They have total control of Bitcoin and deliberately crippled the coin. There is a large body of support for networks using Bitcoin Cash as its base currency and notice that Asia is not as indoctrinated by the Blockstream-Core propaganda. If we fail to adopt Bitcoin Cash we will lose out to Asia.

Why? When if you need to go from alt-to-alt it is the same work as any BTC based exchange. Steem=>BCH=>LTC vs. Steem=>BTC=>LTC is pretty much the same amount of hassle. I would much rather see everything priced in USD and be able to trade directly from Steem=>LTC. Shapeshift, Changelly, and Blocktrades allow that.

Thanks for the info

Definitely the exchange I will be trading on!
