Forks...
This rather simple snapshot of bitcoin at virtually any time is the reason why we have "bitcoin cash", "bitcoin gold", bitcoin diamond" and all the rest of it including the "zcash" etc. which was an early fork of bitcoin I believe...

The point is not to list all the bitcoin forks which is a task in itself because they added something on top of it like privacy, speed etc., the point is that bitcoin can be replicated, cloned exactly as it is with a different name so to not create confusion and that is a very dangerous thing for the holders

Cloning bitcoin
A thing that has been going on under our nose for years now and yet we like to believe bitcoin as unique, limited, rare when clearly it is NOT!

So virtually we can have an infinite number of cloning right now thus defying the very notion of scarcity...

All am saying is...
Bitcoin could be trashed by government and replaced with another equal clone if they wanted to, it can be labeled illegal and unreliable and ban the usage of it

They can sabotage it at any time and since they can't really take it down I got a feeling they will...
