Arctic Coin - HUGE INVESTMENT Potential?

in #bitcoin7 years ago

What's good, Steemit?

I have recently started messing with a ton of new cryptocurrencies on my search for investment opportunities. I love to spread knowledge and potential chances to make money. I am not a financial advisor, nor am I telling you you should invest in this. I also believe that time in the market is better and safer than timing the market. As always, never invest more than you're willing to lose at the drop of a hat. These markets are extremely volatile and I am not responsible for any losses or gains you may incur by investing. Let's get right into it.

OK, so which coin are you talking about?

As you probably read in the title, the coin I will be sharing with you is called Arctic Coin (ARC). According to the website, ARC is the "first national cryptocurrency designed to improve the welfare of citizens and help the national economy". Why use Arctic Coin instead of other similar currencies? Transactions are virtually instant and completely anonymous. Fees are minimal and privacy is top priority.

What about the technicals?

The estimated total number of coins is 60 million with an annual decrease of 7% in the number of coins issued. Blocks are generated every 2.5 minutes and transactions are confirmed in about 5 seconds with a technology called InstantX. Arctic Coin runs in the decentralized Goldmine Network and transactions are kept anonymous with a technology called Spysend. This is also a hybrid proof of work/proof of stake coin.

How can I use Arctic Coin to make money?

As most of you are probably familiar with, there is Proof of Work mining. This uses extra computer power or a dedicated rig to confirm transactions on the network in exchange for rewards per block. The hashing algorithm is Scrypt and is completely open source. So if you have an extra computer and don't mind raising your power bill, this might be the right option for you.

Then, there's Proof of Stake. With this form of contribution to the network, you basically just hold your coins in the ARC core wallet on you're desktop pc and are rewarded per block. With this option, you eliminate the need for extra computer power and simply stake your coins in the wallet to support the Goldmine network. Instead of holding your money in a bank account where it constantly loses value, you could convert it to ARC and store it here to watch your funds grow.

What about regular trading?

I knew you'd ask. Of course, there's the option of trying to time the market and buy low to sell high. This sounds like the best option to most people, especially inexperienced traders. This is the most risky option but it can also yield some high rewards.

To give you some perspective on the potential for the growth of this coin, the growth has been exponential. According to coinmarketcap.com, Arc is currently being traded on 4 exchanges - Cryptopia, Livecoin, YoBit, and C-CEX. The highest volume exchange for this coin is Cryptopia. Over the past 7 days, it has gone from a market cap of $500,000 to over $5,000,000. The 24 hour volume went from $12,000 to over $800,000. Wow. That's some serious growth.

So that's all I have for you. Please head over to the website linked above and do your own research on Arc before investing. Always do your own dye diligence.
