bittrex exchange blocking the accounts
Someone tell me? Did anybody face this problem?

The issue relates to the enhanced checking account
Documents (address, identity card, photo and the like) were provided 01.10.2017. The output limit is -0 (zero) per day. To provide additional information not technically possible on the website - there is no button (icon) to attach documents, So write that will consider within seven days, and it's been a month since they consider. Also when you write to technical support, I answer the only problem bots. Is this normal, permissible for a financial website? While this situation continues and is not resolved within one month from technical support, no answer - silence. One gets the impression that the exchange engaged in fraud, as in the account are funds that do not allow withdrawal
