Alexander Hamilton and Satoshi Nakamoto engage in an epic battle rap debate on the merits of centralized and decentralized currencies.


Who is Alexander Hamilton?

Alexander Hamilton according to a Wikipedia page was an American statesman, politician, legal scholar, military commander, lawyer, banker and economist.

He was one of the Founding Fathers of the United States. He was an influential interpreter and promoter of the U.S. Constitution, as well as the founder of the nation's financial system, the Federalist Party, the United States Coast Guard, and the New York Post newspaper. As the first Secretary of the Treasury, Hamilton was the main author of the economic policies of George Washington's administration.

He took the lead in the Federal government's funding of the states' debts, as well as establishing a national bank, a system of tariffs, and friendly trade relations with Britain.


Who is Nakamoto Satoshi?

Nakamoto Satoshi according to a Wikipedia page is the name used by the pseudonymous person or persons who developed bitcoin, authored the bitcoin white paper, and created and deployed bitcoin's original reference implementation.

As part of the implementation, Nakamoto also devised the first blockchain database. In the process, Nakamoto was the first to solve the double-spending problem for digital currency using a peer-to-peer network. Nakamoto was active in the development of bitcoin up until December 2010.
