The largest Cryptocurrency Exchange makes major announcement in Uganda.
Uganda woke up to great news yet again as the Binance Community officially announced the commencement of their new partnership with the Uganda community to expand their services in the country. This partnership involves a Binance branch and a fiat Cryptocurrency exchange that allows Ugandan currency to be traded with Bitcoin and Ethereum on the Binance platform.
This means that Bitcoin and Ethereum are now paired directly with the Uganda shilling, a message that has attracted ululations from the people of Uganda. Full trading opens tomorrow which will be 17th October. This follows the plans the Binance CEO made for Uganda back in June on extending Binance to Africa.
The government's support of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain proves the growth it aims to have for it's young people. There are a lot of opportunities in Blockchain that people can take advantage of like programming which will offer employment opportunities and in the end boost the economy of Uganda.
