Bit older posting. Rules are still unclear, BOT said once it is illegal, then not. There are only a few market places, not exchanges in the country which overcharge you. Namely coins.co.th. You can pay electricity bills or update your prepaid balance, so not all is bad. But lots need to be done here to make this really usable. Many locals jump meanwhile on the bandwaggon.
