BAKKT regulated, physical contracts on Bitcoin

According to the document, ICE will trade daily BTC contracts from December 12, 2018. The product will be physically settled by ICE Clear U.S., Inc.

Each contract will be physically secured by the purchase of BTC.

How will the BTC rate behave?
