Might want to check out Verus Coin. 50/50 POW/POS, currently releasing VERY large (384 coins), time-locked coinbases, soon to be releasing large, non-timelocked coinbases after about 1-1/2 months, halving down to the more usual 24 per block in the next 4-1/2 months.
