I am happy to see t that a lot of developed countries are working towards regulation. The problem is that the people who are involved with the regulation have no knowledge about Blockchain. For example, the last Senate hearing on the crypto and blockchain ecosystem the people older than 40 have no clue what it is. And if they agree on a regulation for ICO the market already change towards another way to gather money.
You make a good point, but some of the senators were at least somewhat aware and there was a near-unanimous agreement to hear about blockchain technology--that's a leap in the right direction.
Absolute true. They are going in the right direction to provide the blockchain with rules. However, I am more afraid that it will take months or even years before they make a move.
