is hard fork inevitable ?

Since we are reaching near 1st August, the question everyone has in mind it wheather bitcoin will be splitted into two parts or will remain a single coin?

For your information, almost every cryptocurrency exchange, wallet provider has either suspended or shortly suspend trading , deposits and withdrawals of traditional bitcoin for an UNSPECIFIED time.

Are you worried about this uncertainty?
