Great thoughts on the need for leadership! While decentralization is not intended to be controlled, leaders need to step up and guide communities to achieve progress on key issues that arise in order to deploy them successfully.
thats the hard part. because a lot of times in tech, there might be 4 solutions to a problem. if we choose 1, and stick with it we'll win, if we choose all 4 and fight with each other, we lose.
