Just when we thought the bears are all getting the better half of the market and regulations steadily increasing FUD, as well as Bitcoin price dips/correction over 70% from previous All time highs(ATH $20,000).... This dude sure got some big balls staking that the value of one Bitcoin (BTC) would exceed the share price of Warren Buffet’s holding company 'Berkshire Hathaway' by December 31, 2023....
I mean we all know Warren Buffet is one of the biggest bitcoin critics ever 
and several times bitcoin also has been a bad-boy in messing up with him, lol, he has been an hater since 2011 who cares, i'm so sure bitcoin doesnt either, and though he's been calling Bitcoin a Bubble still the bubble has been flying faster than his private jets, hehehehehe...
THE DEAL
The announcement came as a flash on twitter by Tom Waterhouse himself who is the current CEO of William Hills Bookmaker ( one of the biggest gambling firm in Europe dated back since 1934 as well as in Australia)... Telling you how deep the bet is.. Tom Waterhouse himself placed this dude on a large syndicate..
Now, if this bet is Won the investor would be loading up his bank with a whooping $1.2million aussie ($884million USD), thats a f*cking hell of a deal...
FACTS...
A share of Berkshire Hathaway currently stands at $288,000, hehehehe, now that some figures huh, lol, if we should divide that by the current bitcoin value at $6200 (as at the time of writting) thats like 46X its current worth... Now, you sure get me when i said this dude got some big balls...
BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY
After the first bullish rally of berkshire shares between the year 1995 to 1997 the companys shares lost over 70% of its value from previous ATH @ est.$70,000 after which it recovered and soared high above its previous ATH to a new ATH of about $140,000 in the year 2007 and again lost half its value over 70% down to $66,000 within 2008 to 2010, between 2010 and 2015 bershires surpassed previous highs and was resting at $200,000 and now currently standing high above $288,000....
BITCOIN
Bitcoin shares alot of similarities with berkshire growths pattern, we saw in previous times during the dips of bitcoin, after the first bullish rally in 2013 bitcoin lost over 83% from its previous ATH @$1200 after which it recovered and surged above $20,000 surpassing it previous high at 1200$ in 2017... (you can read more here>>) now we currently over 70% down from previous highs @$20,000, what could be the next move for BTC in the next rally and in half a decade from now........
HISTORY..
Though, this may not be the first time we hearing about top enthusiast and market experts forecasts huge expectations for BTC, in my recent post i talked about BitMEX CEO Arthur Hayes who proposed $50,000 per BTC by December this year 2018, also Tim Draper still holds his stands by saying Bitcoin could hit 250k by 2022.
However none of them had the guts to strike a real deal in figures, they all were just words of mouth,but this australian dude took the bold step nailed it on the bookmakers, telling us how much he believes in BITCOIN ...
I know this may sound really crazy to a lot of persons , but this tells so much about the high expectation and belief of people in crypto currencies,personally i dont believe bitcoin may hit that high but there again 2023 is half a decade from now, and nobody ever expected Bitcoin to Hit $20,000 in 2017 anything can happen...
Trust me 5 Trillion market cap can do the magic....

It is tough to know whether or not this will even get close. When (not if) Bitcoin and crypto in general does get accepted in everyday use be much more of the world, it will help increase the price by a lot more, but getting to the needed price will be a tough challenge.
i discuss in one of my article earlier about the future of crypto in general, i think in the future bitcoin wont likely hit that target however crypto is quite fascinating and the volatility is so unpredictable, the forex and stocks market has a trading market cap over 5 trillion dollars, if we ever get to see such market cap in crypto, then am afraid 288,000 might just be history...

now a days our big discussion is on ETF if it will approved then i think this market will cross it all time high and BTC will cross 25000$ that's for sure lets see what will happen in coming future
SEC cant and wont be able to disprove of it this time around, BTC has met the major criterias for an ETF market, however, hands are crossed as we got alot of haters, they tried with regulation and BTC passed the test ETF willl be just another rolling blocks.....
