A Rising Tide Lifts All Boats
A phrase comes to mind as I watch blockchain technology finally take hold.
A rising tide lifts all boats
I believe that the big currencies, like bitcoin, ethereum, ripple, litecoin, etc. will blaze the trail for crytpocurrencies everywhere, raising up even the smallest of currencies because the flood gates have been opened. New money pours in daily, rising the tide of cryptocurrencies.
Who knows how high Bitcoin will go... 20,000... 50,000... before the bubble pops and finally levels off? It matters not. Fortunes will be made and lost. The results of the massive attention drawn to blockchain will finally be an economy mostly outside the banks and governments of the world.
My reason for the quick post is to remind you to simply watch the "minor" currencies on the exchanges that are not as easily purchased. Slowly, as the crypto tide rises, we will see many other currencies climb, perhaps not as exponentially, but steadily to their equilibrium as new world currencies.
How cool is it that we get to watch the birth of new, competing international currencies?!?
Some minors to watch:
RDD - Reddcoin: I have Faith that Reddit will do SOMETHING useful with it.
XLM - Stellar Lumens: I love and support their mission
POWR - Power Ledger: I've watched steady gains
STEEM - Naturally, but I think Reddit could/should destroy STEEM at it's own game
UNO - The concept of Unobtanium intrigues me, but it's not on any exchanges I currently use.
Not minor, but I believe Dash and Litecoins are undervalued if the "value" of a cryptocurrency is set by supply and demand, Dash has less than half the available coins as Bitcoin at 6% of the price??
Litecoin is pegged at 4 times the supply of bitcoin, so it should be 25% the price (not to mention it's faster). Either BTC should be about $400 USD or LTC should be $2500.
Money's a fun and risky game -- play to win.
Bitcoin and altcoins prices rocketing may draw a negative impact, it may trigger government official to ban or outlaw cyptocurrencies.
