Crypto Currency Panhandlers of the Future
It crossed my mind what the future might look like when crypto currencies reach the point of mass adoption globally. Most crypto users enter the scene via some free faucets. Hey, it's free money. People get to check out the coins and see how the wallet works. They go through the process of finding the right coin wallet. They enjoy learning how to paste your coin address into the faucet, so you can get paid. They can see their transaction on the blockchain, and watch the confirmations. They see how fast or slow the transaction is. They watch how the value grows as the market drives a higher price of their coin. There is a certain generous spirit involved with crypto currency. People like to send others some coins, just so they can see it work. Perhaps, that person might like the idea of it, and get involved with crypto currency. Current crypto currency users love this because each new person that gets involved is one more step towards mass adoption. Mass adoption means higher priced coins to meet the demand.
The future seems inevitable that crypto currency will reach mass adoption by the world. Eventually everybody will have smart phones too. Even homeless people will have them. They will find them in the trash, or people will give them one of there old iPhones that still work. Maybe newer phones will charge themselves via some new technology. A normal everyday worker will walk down the street, and he just checked his Exodus wallet on his phone to see he made $3000 USD today by holding his coins. The spirit of playing it forward hits him as he sees some savvy panhandler with a sign like one pictured above. He gets out his phone and scans the QR code on the sign and sends him some Bitcoin or other currency. The panhandler wakes up the next day to see that the value of the coin went up and he made a little extra than the amount originally sent. He take his digital wallet to the restaurant nearby and pays for his breakfast from his crypto wallet.
These thoughts lead me to create this images. I hope you find them funny or entertaining. Yes, those QR codes work and link to my wallets. Try them out and see for yourself. Send a little crypto my way, or share the photos. Share them to let the rest of the world know that crypto currency is the future. Maybe this might be a viral meme someday. A story about a guy who panhandled the entire world from his computer. Imagine that, getting 10,000 USD in Bitcoin donations from a viral photo. Maybe I'm too imaginative, but a story like this could only happen with crypto currency.
