So far as I can tell it's not a ranked list, where appearing earlier means one is more highly recommended. I personally loathe Bitcoin Core -- I consider it an altcoin and Bitcoin Cash to be the "real" Bitcoin. But I'm upvoting because it's a good list of people to keep an eye/ear on.
It's not ranked other than the first two I consider 'educators' and have many links on their own sites and on Twitter for newbies and not so-newbies.
Should be classified as Bitcoin Segwit. Cos Core (formerly) consists of almost everyone who ever contributed including amazing people like Taaki . And now the new group literally rip out the signatures from the blocks. Calling it Segregated Witness. Should be Signatures Removed.
