Review of Uphold (Bitreserve)

So I signed up for their service (http://uphold.com) 2 years ago and just recently restarted using this a month ago. So far, so good, but am wondering if I should be cautious about using them as my primary wallet/exchange service. Anyone else have good/bad experience with them>
