Trading bitcoin and ethereum is tough

in #bitcoin7 years ago

When I started trading paper assets, I never knew it would be such a roller coaster ride. Extreme patience is required. One must also learn from history, yet realize that history can often become useless. With BTC capitalization hovering at $90 billion, my eyes have constantly been glued to both my phones and laptop screens.

Keeping a pulse on the constant change in prices is even more difficult, because I live in a country with poor power supply. Solution ? I had to get myself several phones and power banks. Power Banks.jpg

A power bank for those unfamiliar with the term is a portable mobile battery. So the essence of it is to charge your phone or other mobile devices when the light goes out. In addition to that, I have to run my generator constantly in order to keep up with the news.
I also have two use two mobile phones as internet hotspots because internet can be very unreliable in my country. 2nd mobile phone.jpg

The worst parts of trading anything are the insomnia and time away from friends. Being stuck to your laptop constantly means you don’t have much of a social life. The lack of sleep leaves you feeling irritable. Is it all worth it ? Definitely . The profits I make from bitcoin and ether trading are channelled into conservative investments that give me regular income. They also pay for the occasional pizza or airline ticket.

This is great to see! I would try and do the same thing if I were there, plus I bet almost no one around your area is into it like you, powerbanks and a few phones with internet and you can have a side income, or even full time! Good post!

thats my aim. full time trading in a few years. $100-$300 dollars a month in country is a fair income thats my aim. Data is so expensive. I spend about $30 dollars a month on data.

Nice, I feel like that income you can achieve! If you can at least pay for the data and a little extra with it (or steemit) then you are already ahead!
