I've used these services in the past and they've always been quick and reliable.

Fees could be a little higher than other places but you can easily purchase some BTC
to play around with using interac, e-transfer or flexepin vouchers that can be picked up at a corner store.

Oh and if your wondering Bitcoin is legal to buy and use in Canada
