Where crypto meet memes

Memes had already become important part of human culture. Even the respected scientists understand its power and consider a meme as contemporary cultural unit. You may not trust me, but please, ask Richard Dawkins about memes. 

I have met a lot of different projects with different bounty programs. They all were pretty the same, but effectiveness remained low.
