BREAKING! Railways Recruitment Feb 2018: Last Week to Apply for Group C vacancies!
Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: In what could be a last chance for candidates who missed out on opportunities, here’s something you should not miss as the Indian Railways’s notification recruitment to fill huge number of vacancies for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot and Technician is going to end in the next week. Interested and eligible candidates should apply soon as the last date of application is March 5, 2018.
Details including number of vacancies, age limit, educational qualification and selection process have been given below. Candidates are advised to go through before filling up the application form.
Age Limit: Applicants’ age should be between 18 and 28 years as on July 1, 2018. However, age relaxation is admissible by 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD (UR), 13 years for PWD (OBC) and 15 years for PWD (SC/ ST) candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have the Educational/Technical qualifications indicated for notified posts in the CEN from recognized Institute/University as on the closing date for submission of the ONLINE application. Annexure-A may be referred for the prescribed qualification against each of the posts. Those awaiting results of the final examination of the prescribed educational/technical qualification SHOULD NOT apply.

Application Fee: General and OBC category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 500 while for the reserved categories including SC, ST, OBC and Women, the fee is Rs 250.

Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be based on their performance in a computer based test (CBT) in two stages, computer based aptitude test and document verification.
