I think UBQ will definitely see some growth in the coming months but I think once Lisk becomes more well known and mature it'll take the spotlight.
Although the advantage UBQ has over LSK is that it's using the ethereum code base so it can take the good parts of the code and Chuck the rest.
Despite all that I think in the long run LSK will win as it's using JavaScript which is one of the most known languages, and it's implementation of side chains.
