UNICEF, one of the world's leading organizations, is now able to donate to France's arm with crypto money.

A few days ago, UNICEF France shared a post on Twitter and announced that it now began to collect donations with crypto money. People who wish to donate for humanitarian purposes will now be able to send money to UNICEF France using coins such as Bitcoin, XRP (Ripple), Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, EOS, Stellar, Litecoin, Monero and Dash.

The Power of Blockchain

Sebastian Lyon, director of UNICEF France, thinks that Blockchain and crypto money technologies can be used for humanitarian purposes, and that even these technologies can be highly productive.

Earlier this year, UNICEF created a new project, GameChaingers, to help children affected by the war in Syria. This project enables video players to mining using the processing power on their computers and to transfer the revenue generated from this operation to children. People who wanted to participate in this project were able to download a mining software called Claymore and start mining Ethereum. A total of 85 Ethereum excavations were excavated on 31 March.

Large organizations such as UNICEF can take advantage of cryptocurrencies, improving the credibility of crypto money over time.
