This is food for thought for everyone involved. Lets do some math and examine the value of the rewards of two steemit accounts in return for what they are offering the steemit community.
Reflecting on where we are, who's fault is this, (how the rewards are given) and why are the ones angry about a broken system directing their anger at someone that is only the recipient of good will and an unwitting victim of the architecture that lead to this war on civility.

In addition: the ire is being directed at the recipient, and his followers.
It's not directed at the whale giving the majority of the rewards.
Thus, Bernie is not only a foul-mouthed so-and-so, he's also misguided and foot-aiming.

I feel like Haejin's confidence in this platform has waned, and he will not be posting anymore unless we the people can come together to restore the status of his account.
There is no reason such bullying should persist on this platform. I am appalled at the use of downvoting against Haejin. Haejin is the most modest fellow, never asking for a dime.. promoting quiet confidence in knowledge. He's a true gem.
I've been following Haejin since he was a few small fish. To this day, he is by far my favorite Steemian. His soft-spoken tone and his modest outlook make him a perfect teacher. He never asks for a dime. He only wishes more people to learn and prosper from this knowledge. He is truly a rare gem.
To those who don't appreciate @Haejin, I ask you to rethink you attitude toward the matter. Ask yourself what good you are bringing to the platform by downvoting such a benevolent figure? Perhaps jealousy is at the core of this, since most people don't care to take the time, to put in the work.. to learn the things Haejin describes here.
However, there is only so much room 'on the boat' if you jump on, but if you build your own ship.. the possibilities are endless.

You must not understand how it works. The amount you receive is based on the voting power of who upvoted you.
So, if a big whale upvotes you... it's worth a lot. The reason 4 votes made $25 is because those 4 votes were whales.

Wow, that is so awesome! -I cant match that but I am trying to give some SP. Having trouble though because it wont accept my key? It asks for owners or active key, neither of which work. I felt reluctant to use my password as it doesnt actually seem to be Steemit anymore on that site. Perhaps i am being suspicious of being hacked, but why don't they make it easier I wonder? I am very new to this and the delegation process does not seem user friendly at all.
Also, When I tweeted these tweets, someone said they would like to hand over some power, and when I sent her the delegation link, she said it seemed too complicated!:
