Bitcoin mining was band in some 8 territories the other day, and now it is being announced that it is being used in foreign trade.

So which is it?

Do they love it or hate it?

My guess is they don't really like it but understand that they may be able to leverage some financial advantage with it due to their cheap electricity production.
