ANTE UNA DUDA UNA CONSULTA - IN ANY DOUBT AN INQUIRY

En días pasados una persona me decía en una sala a la que frecuento que no todas las criptomonedas tenían Blockchain, ello a propósito del debate que se dio en torno al Petro, pues había diferencias entre que si era una criptomoneda o un token.

El joven en cuestión manifestaba desde su verdad absoluta sobre la existencia de ese tipo de criptomonedas. Así que recurrí a mi búsqueda por internet, para verificar en distintas páginas lo señalado y hacer las respectivas comparativas, desde la óptica de personas que son especialistas y tienen años trabajando estos temas.

Me encontré primeramente (y ahí me detuve) con los amigos de www.xataka.com quienes en un artículo bastante interesante y sencillo comentan las diferencias entre dinero digital, moneda virtual y criptomonedas, vaya que les recomiendo la lectura de este artículo porque no tiene un ápice de pérdida, este es el enlace:

Luego me pase por la página de https://es.cointelegraph.com, quienes en un artículo señalan que la tecnología Blockchain tiende a ser sustituida recientemente, con el surgimiento de una nueva forma de cifrado que aprovecha el Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) modelo organizativo para la estructura de su libro mayor descentralizado, que permite resolver viejos problemas y agregar nuevas características, esto haciendo referencia a la criptomoneda denominada Byteball.

Lo que veo de esto es que hay una sustitución de algo por algo, no hay bloques, porque las transacciones se vinculan de manera directa pero además estas transacciones tendrán más hash, sin embargo esta tecnología es más veloz, segura, privada y aseguran los de https://byteball.org con mayor cumplimiento legal. Ahí podrás leer en español, los servicios que ofertan y sus ventajas.

Más adelante señalan en esta misma página que existe otra criptomoneda que utiliza DAG creada por IOTA, tiene diferencias con la anterior, y radica en que todas las transacciones creadas deben validar un mínimo de dos transacciones previas. Para hacerlo, los usuarios (que crean y validan transacciones) deben resolver un rompecabezas criptográfico similar a los que se encuentran en las criptomonedas de prueba de trabajo. Así que se despeja la duda sobre criptomonedas que no tienen Blockchain, pero es que tampoco están al libre albedrío, tienen también protocolos que cumplir y aparentemente son más estrictos.

Pero volviendo al tema inicial si el Petro es o no un token o una criptomoneda, las opiniones que se observan en la web, apuntan a que el Petro es un token, y en las siguientes imágenes se observa el razonamiento técnico del por qué no es una criptomoneda:
