Crypto is not a get rich quick scheme. If you bought Ether high, you should've hold onto it until the crisis is over and the price recovers. Crypto investment is only stress free if you hold for the future. And by future I don't mean next month, I mean years.

However I do agree that the markets small liquidity enables big players to create and take advantage of big prices waves. Enabling essentially those who have a lot of money to make lots more. That's always been the way of the world, and I'm afraid crypto won't change that until it matures.
