Steem in danger (Dan fraud - Ned is victim)

The guy who developed #BTS chose to arrange an #ICO on #ETH called #EOS.
Which means that Bitshares is scam and useless.
Steem was built upon bitshares which makes it at risk of being delisted from bittrex too. As we see now, the new guy NED announced new token called "steem smart token".
Is it death of Bitshares?
