Here is my interpretation:

A Team created and hold by the Cross-chain. The tokens are humanized and portrayed as a team. Each character consists of uncountable stars, which should symbolize thousends of community members from the respective platforms. The logos are connected with a chain, a "blockchain" which also symbolizes cohesion.
