I did BJJ for a short time and I remember how much my arms hurt afterwards. I remember it being hard to drive home in my car. I guess it was from people reafing on my arms trying to arm bar me lol. I can see how yoga would be helpful or recovery. Especially if the person is feeling it in their back and hips. Nice share!

Yah. Sore arms in the beginning for me was maintaining a death grip and using all my strength to do anything out of survival. Either that or not tapping til I was hurt a little more out of pride or competitive spirit.

Now it is because of old shoulders and a little hockey elbow coming back to haunt me.

Taking time to stretch afterward and work the yoga becomes more useful as I age and progress for sure.
