Original bill wants to make 'Black Legal' Black Contract
BlackKen wants an amazon legislation to amend the state law, sign public records for signatures and smart agreements.
On February 6, the introduction of a new signature signed by HB 2441, a Blockkain Arizona law will be made. Conversely, any "record or agreement" protected by BlockKeen will be considered as an electronic format and an electronic record. "The bill was forwarded by Jeff Weninger, state representative.
Notably, the bill's language explicitly calculates the use of smart agreements, or self-employment contracts made on a blockquote.
The proposed law states:
"Smart agreements may exist in the trade. A contract related to a transaction can not be denied legal effect, validity or enforceability only because this agreement incorporates a smart agreement term."
Further, in a measurement, a blockkain accurately describes the owner of the information.
"In spite of having any other law, a person who affects or influences inter-country or foreign trade, uses blockbinding technology that has the right to own or own proprietary rights or that the information previously used with that information has protected the person using BlockKeyn technology, "Bill states
The bill is similar to another measure that is presented in Vermont, which will make the records of the BlackKeyen acceptable as evidence in the court. In both cases, state law is amended to create a legal back-up for block based information.
Significantly, from the beginning of the year, the winner's bill was second to the state legislature of Arizona.
In mid-January, state representative Paul Boyd submitted a bill which was used to monitor the use of Blockknow Tech.
