The Swiss company SIRIN LABS is planning to launch a smart phone using blockchain technology in Japan in October this year. The company's headquarters is located in Israel. The
FIH Mobile Lts, a subsidiary of Foxconn, the world's largest electronics equipment foundry, will be responsible for the production of the Sinn Labs Finney blockchain smartphone.
Nimrod May, chief marketing officer of Sirin Labs, said that in the future, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, South Korea and five countries in Vietnam will implement smart phone services for the safe storage of cryptocurrencies.
The phone is expected to sell for 108,000 yen (about 6258 yuan), which is not much different from the price of other smartphones. Finney's biggest feature is its Android-based system, security measures are complete.
The company's representative Moshe Hogeg said, "With Finney, users can easily and comfortably conduct cryptocurrency transactions.
In order to fully cope with the issues such as safety so far, we will introduce products with higher convenience and safety. ”
Whether Finney can become a product that changes the world can become an indispensable part of our lives and needs to be judged after it is released in October.
