$4 Billion Smart City

$4 Billion is being invested by a Chinese Insurance behemoth called Ping An Group to create a smart city. The Sanya municipal people’s government have signed a strategic agreement with the insurance giant and this smart city will consist of blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, big data, biometrics, financial products and services and cloud computing.
