Thanks for your input @goya58. Yeah it is indeed a great way to invest in real estate, since it is quite complicated for us common people to get involved in it, due to so many different laws. Surely the concept could be implemented into other markets as well. But for now, the real estate is the main focus due to currently existing entry barriers.
