In our world today, Majority of people are no longer genuine and truthful when it has to do with their documents or certificates rather they prefer to lie about it just to get what they want.

For instance an individual who is looking for a job in a company or an organization submits his Curriculum Vitae or resume to the company with fake details about him or herself because, his main purpose is just to get the work and the incentives he will be getting from the company instead of what he has to offer to the company for its growth and development, and by so doing when he is recruited the company might experience setbacks or losses why? because the employee who submitted the fake documents has virtually nothing to offer to the company.
