BITCOIN AMAZING MARGIN

It's just yesterday when BTC was at USD 7000 today it is at USD 8000. A gap of USD 1000 that is so amazing but the question is what are the metrics behind this abrupt sky rocketing. Is it because of its volatility feature or it is because of other factors that I don't know off. Anyone to clarify
