Blockchain.info Online Wallet Is Not Safe

Blockchain.info online wallet is not safe. On December 21st 2017, I had 31k satoshi on blockchain.info online wallet, but on December 22nd 2017, I only have 2k satoshi. Where did my money go? There isn't any track of the outgoing transaction in my wallet. I already sent the message to the support but no answer. Luckily I'm not alone, there are many people who complains about blockchain.info online wallet on https://www.trustpilot.com/review/blockchain.info
