Problem that should be finished first is land acquisition and build the house, then legality management. How we reach the consumen? what we serve?

Price of land should be affordable in strategic location, for example land plots. Price per plots in Lamongan city around $4000, we need at least 5 land plots to build 10 house for rent and office.

To reach our goals, we will serve best service for our customer. Because our customer target is businessman, employee, and collage student, besides basic needs (water and electricity) we will serve free wifi connection and mini market for daily needs.

Social media marketing will be a good choise to reach the customer, face-to-face offer by sales agent will be a sales plan. Besides that, we will offer our application for all people to create new ecosystem in our business. Not only offering our product, customer can offering their product and service.

Revenue
Main income of this business is from house rent, but the ROI will be so long time, around 7-10 years. But, this business can live more than 10 years. To increase the revenue, secondary income of this business is retail sales from minimarket and in app offer.

Use Case of Crypto
Main use case of crypto is in app. Main feature app is marketplace that accept crypto such as BTC, ETH, LTC, EOS and other major crypto. We will make our utility token as main currency in our app, beside that we will make liquidity token as shares for revenue sharing.
