How can Refugees earn their keep?

How can refugees earn their keep? Are online microjobs and bitcoin salary the way forward - and why does Western Union stop them getting money sent by relatives?

I came across these guys at an NGO, dev.cafe.org doing research for our movie and did a quick edit of my video research notes. It seems like Blockchain and generally doing IDs, jobs etc ‘in the cloud’ and via a phone is a really pragmatic and effective way of helping people help themselves.
