Recipe of pellos buns!

Good evening ladies and gentlemen, if I'm back and in the best way I can, eating. Tonight after a long time I bring you some food; Some time ago I had saved the photos and the recipe but for reasons of time I had not had time to publish. I had decided to resume my activity at steemit and what better way to do it than with one of the things I like most, such as eating.

Today I will present you a very simple recipe that I call "recipe for lazy" since it can solve a good meal and with very few ingredients, so before continuing to tangle me more and not to give more thought to the matter, let's start. As the title says today, we will present some pellos pelones, who do not know what are some scones or buns, they are simply the mixture of corn flour that is sancocha in very hot water and accompanied with cheese or some meat (chicken or tuna).

Ingredients for 3 hairless buns

    The chicken and cheese will be used to fill the rolls, the chicken used was stewed with onion and tomato, a simple preparation, the same can be done with the meat or tuna included.

    Preparation 

    First of all we must have ready what would be the fillings of the buns, since it is what takes longer to cook. In this case, I already had the chicken ready (I took a couple of pieces of chicken and cleaned them) and besides that I had grated some white cheese.

    When the fillings of the buns are ready we proceed to make the dough of the buns, we mix corn flour with a little water and salt, until a consistent dough comes out which holds everything that we are going to put.

    After having the dough and the filling ready, it is only necessary to assemble the pellos buns. It really is an art to make them, grab a ball of dough and open a hole in the middle, then just turn and turn until that gap grows the dough gets thinner and allows the filling between.

    While they are cooking their buns, I recommend putting the water to boil, so once finished assembling can put the buns in the pot and when they begin to float would be ready to take out and eat.

    And up there is the pelón bun, these buns tend to be accompanied by a sauce roll or a garlic sauce that can be put on top or add at the time of chopping it in the middle.
