A Rare Place to Visit Near the Busy Streets of Cebu, Philippines Plus That FOMO Moment!

in #blog6 years ago (edited)

Finding a place which is all-green and free from soot is rare when you live in a busy and crowded city. That's why it would be an advantage when you go to a place like AO Farm especially for those people who are sick of inhaling that artificial cool air from airconditioners. All throughout this blog is an experience in AO Farm– located in Toong, Pardo, Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines.

It do locates near the city, but it is a bit secluded so, for you to get there, starting from the busy streets of Punta Princesa, you still have to ride a motor bike. It's not that far though so no worries if you are not used to ride a motor bike.

Such a unique experience!

It was friday evening when my sister asked me if could I make it tomorrow and i was like, "what? Who? When? Where?". Am I this busy to not know anything about the current happenings in this family? I dont even know what she's saying and now asking me that question. Later then, she responsed, told me that the whole fam will go to AO farm which had just newly opened and a family friend will serve as the tour guide.

I was like "oww", so tomorrow, saturday. Great. I have school business on that day. That time then, it felt like fomo(fear of missing out).

The next day, I felt really sad from the fact that I cant really join them. I went to school and did my thing, went home and waited them to come home. Well its okay, its not really that big deal, i told them to take lots of pictures i guess that would be fine.

They got home early that day and my sister told me everything what made that farm different from any other.

The first thing you'll saw when you go inside the farm would be lots of green. It was like a garden full of entertainment.

They got that swings and other things for outdoor activities which makes it really a family place to chill and enjoy

They also have that tents, it may be not for free but it really doesn't cost that much.

And guess what, they have ziplines! In a cheaper fee! Amazing isn't it? (So sad I ain't got pics)

The ambiance is peaceful and it really calms the body inhaling those fresh air from nature. Its like having a break from dusty, smoky, and busy streets of Cebu.

I wasnt able to come with them at the AO farm but by just looking at their pictures, it felt like I was present at that moment with them.

Focusing yourself on your own business whether its for school, work or any other things may result to lack of bonding with your family and other relatives. Sometimes, you need to have a short break and cope up with the fam. Visiting places just near your residence like AO Farm would be a good idea. Also, living this generation, inhaling fresh air from nature is rare when everytime you witnessed around you are cars, buildings, and other infrastructures. When youre sick on all these, always remember that there's a place like AO Farm that aims to make you feel calm, feel the fresh air, and enjoy the goodness of nature. All you have to do is explore on your surroundings and schedule a day for family bonding because, family do always comes first.
