Microgreens already sprouting at the end of day 2

Just checked the test seeds for moisture, and got a number of surprises.
A number of seeds have already sprouted.

In the first row, only the onions sprouted a little, nothing that shows on pictures

Second row: lettuce

Radishes both

Fenugreek

Garden cress

Last row: alfalfa

I might have gotten the images mixed up, I'll check again tomo with the outside tray
